MISS BEC - STUDIO OWNER
With over a decade of experience in the arts, Bec has been fortunate to turn dance into her career.
Her journey began at the Queensland Dance School of Excellence, where she earned a Diploma in Dance. She then pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and became a Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD).
After graduation, Bec's professional performing career took her to Germany, where she performed at the Apollo Variété Theatre and with the Roncalli Circus. However, when the pandemic hit, she returned home and shifted her focus to teaching. It was during this time that she discovered her true passion for teaching, choreographing, and nurturing aspiring dancers.
Following years of teaching in various dance studios and schools within the local community, Bec is now embarking on an exciting new chapter—B3C Studios!
MISS ZOE - STUDIO MANAGER
Zoe served as Dance Captain at Sandgate District State High School, where she choreographed, taught, and performed dances for the school's end-of-year concert. A dancer since the age of two, Zoe has developed a lifelong passion for dance that continues to influence her teaching. This love for dance has translated into teaching roles at local childcare centres, primary schools, and high schools, where Zoe inspires students to express themselves through movement.
IN ADDITION TO HER DANCE EXPERIENCE, Zoe is a passionate educator with a diverse background in both early childhood education and dance. Holding a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Zoe has gained valuable experience working in the childcare sector, supporting the growth and development of young children.
With a commitment to fostering creativity and development in both young children and students, Zoe continues to combine her passion for education with her talent for dance.
MISS JORDAN - BALLET TEACHER
Jordan Hayes is a passionate dancer and performer who thrives on sharing the art of dance with others.
Beginning training at the age of 2, Jordan developed a strong foundation across multiple styles, Excelling in RAD ballet exams from Primary to Advanced 2 and completing CSTD exams in jazz, contemporary, and tap.
Realising a lifelong passion for ballet, the opportunity to undertake three years of full-time training presented itself, learning under esteemed industry professionals from all over the globe. Jordan’s dedication to dance and performance has led to notable achievements and performance opportunities, some of which include Performances with the Stephanie Lake Dance Company and the Joffrey Ballet School in New York.
Currently, Jordan is furthering her expertise by pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at Queensland University of Technology, attending under a full excellence scholarship.
Jordan looks forward to sharing her passion for dance with b3c studios. She is committed to inspiring the next generation of dancers, helping students refine their technique, express their artistry, and discover their own love for dance.
MISS ELLA - ACROBATICS TEACHER
Miss Ella has been passionate about dance since the age of six, training extensively in both dance and acrobatics for over 12 years. She holds a Certificate III in Dance and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Dance at Conroy Performing Arts College. with three years OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE, Miss Ella is eager to share her knowledge and help students at B3C Studios learn and enhance their acrobatic skills.
MISS JADA - MUSICAL THEATRE TEACHER
Jada is a highly skilled performer and educator with a diverse background in the performing arts. She has completed a Certificate IV in Dance, a Diploma of Musical Theatre, and a Diploma of Modern Jazz at Conroy Performing Arts College. Jada also had the incredible opportunity to attend the prestigious Intensive Program for Dramatic Arts with the New York Conservatory.
With years of experience as both a performer and choreographer, Jada has worked with multiple theatre companies, honing her craft and expanding her performance skills. Since 2018, she has been teaching dance to children, where she brings her enthusiasm and expertise to foster the development of young performers.
Jada is excited to work with the talented students at B3C Studios, where she shares her passion for performing and dance education. She is dedicated to helping students develop their technique, enhance their artistry, and build confidence both in the studio and on stage.
COACH MAURECE - STRENGTH + CONDITIONING
Maurece’s extensive background in fitness and rehabilitation will be invaluable in helping the students at b3c studios develop their dance skills. With years of experience in strength and conditioning, as well as hypertrophy and power training, maurece tailors programs to address each child's specific needs.
His expertise in building strength, mobility, and agility will help improve key physical traits like flexibility, core stability, and explosive power—all essential for performing dynamic dance movements.
Additionally, Maurece's studies in clinical exercise physiology provide him with a deep understanding of injury prevention and rehabilitation. This allows him to create prehabilitation programs that reduce the risk of common dance injuries while also offering safe, effective rehabilitation for any existing issues.
By combining his knowledge of strength training with a holistic approach to fitness, Maurece ensures that the student’s not only develop as dancers but also build a solid foundation for long-term physical health. His focus on both performance and injury prevention will help the kids thrive in their dance journey while promoting overall well-being.
